There is no VAT to be added to our prices as our pricing strategy already incorporates VAT. Suggested prices are the best prices that Proclean can offer you and it's in our favour that we are allowed to change our prices without providing advance warning.
Our payment terms are payment upon completion of works with a 50% deposit on all services prior to works beginning, with our window cleaning service its one payment in advance to keep your account in credit.
We prefer all payments to be made by BACS, however we do accept cash, or with a debit or credit card by phone.
Proclean offers customers the chance to pay via direct debit, If paying by direct debit, please note that Proclean has appointed the BACS Approved Direct Debit Bureau, Eazy Collect Services Limited (www.eazycollect.co.uk) to collect your payments. Proclean will be shown on your bank statement for these direct debit payments."
If paying by Direct Debit for window cleaning services, your account may go into arrears as we work on a 4 weekly schedule and your windows may be cleaned 13 times per year depending on circumstances (the weather may affect this or our schedule). We only have the ability to take a monthly Direct Debit thus the arrears, of which we will bill for accordingly at our discretion.
Our Payment terms for our services are upon completion and any late payments will incur a 15% penalty fee.
If your account has a credit balance due to overpayment we do not offer refunds, however, the balance can be redeemed towards any of our other services.
3 x Referals have to be of the same value or greater than customer house or x amount of referals to be 3 times the value of customers house, however you will still receive £1.00 discount for each referal until value is met.
If a referal customer decides to leave Proclean as a current customer then incentive will be revoked from referee.
This offer is on a trial basis and can be revoked at our discretion.
